1. What is the AQ Prime app?
The AQ Prime app is a subscription based streaming platform that allows users to watch a wide variety of movies, and exclusive content. It is designed to provide entertainment on demand, accessible anytime and anywhere through your web browser and mobile device.
2. Where can the AQ Prime app be used?
The AQ Prime app is currently available in the Philippines, United States, Canada, United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed, we will announce updates regarding AQ Prime's availability in other regions on our Facebook page and here on our website as soon as it becomes available. 3. How do I download the AQ Prime app?
The AQ Prime app is available for download on the Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for Android and Apple App Store for iOS.

Here's how to install:
Step 1. Go to Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for Android and Apple App Store for iOS, and search for 'AQ Prime'.
Step 2. Tap Install
Step 3. Wait for installation to finish
Step 4. Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.
4. How can I register or sign up for a AQ Prime account?
How to sign up for a new AQ Prime account via the app:

Step 1. Launch the AQ Prime app by tapping the AQ Prime icon on your phone
Step 2. Tap on "Sign up"
Step 3. Start creating your account by filling out the necessary information (name, mobile number, email address, and your password).
Step 4. Agree to the AQ Prime's Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
Step 5. Tap on "Continue"
Step 6. Once registration is completed, you will be automatically signed-in. Enjoy watching!

5. What are the minimum system requirements for the AQ Prime app?
The AQ Prime app's minimum system requirements are:
  • Android 8.0 Operating System, iOS version 13 or Higher
  • 4GB RAM Or Higher
  • Dual-Core Processor or Higher
6. How do I find out if my mobile phone has the required minimum system requirements?
Step 1. Go to your phone's settings

7. What if my phone does not meet the minimum system requirements required by AQ Prime?
For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you use a device with the minimum system requirements.
8. Do I need an internet connection when watching using the AQ Prime app?
Yes. AQ Prime requires a connection to the internet, with a minimum recommended speed of (600kbps) for our lowest bitrate. You may also watch offline if you save a content (movie/series) to your Downloads list. You can watch your downloaded content within 24hrs after download.

2. How do I purchase and subscribe to AQ Prime?
Here's how you can purchase and subscribe on AQ Prime:
Step 1. Launch the AQ Prime app
Step 2. Tap on a profile
Step 3. Go to "Manage Subscription"
Step 4. Tap on "Subscribe"
Step 5. Select your Subscription Plan
Step 6. Review Subscription Details on Google Play, or Apple Store In-App purchase prompt
Step 7. Verify purchase either through password, face ID or fingerprint
Step 8. Wait for prompt saying: "Thank you! Transaction was processed successfully."
Step 9. Tap "Continue"
Step 10. You will be redirected to the homepage. Click on the title you want to watch and enjoy
3. What are the payment methods?

ACCOUNT AND BILLING MANAGEMENT
1. How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, do the following:
Step 1. Launch the AQ Prime app
Step 2. Go to Profile
Step 3. Tap on My Account
Step 4. Type in the new information you want to update
2. How do I change my password?
You may use the "Forgot Password" option in the application or do the following:
Step 1. Launch the AQ Prime app / website
Step 2. Go to Profile / Account
Step 3. Tap on Change Password
Step 4. Tap on Send email
Step 5. An email will be sent to you with steps on how to reset your password
3. How to generate or access the parental control pin?
The parental control pin applies to all 18+ contents in AQ Prime. You can set your control pin via Website.
Open browser (Google or Safari) > Go to AQ Prime website > Login > Click on your name on right corner > click accounts > you can see there Parental Control Pin option.
4. How to reset the parental control pin?
  • You may reset your parental control pin via Website. Open browser (Google or Safari) > Go to AQ Prime website > Login > Click on your name on right corner > click accounts > you can see there Parental Control Pin Reset option.
  • Parental control for Apple devices can only be triggered on the web.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Voucher Subscription: If you purchased a voucher to activate your subscription, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.

In-App Subscriptions (Google Play Store, Apple Store, Huawei App Gallery): If you subscribed through the AQ Prime app, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the app store. Note: You will be charged automatically on the next billing date unless you cancel the subscription within the allowable cancellation time.

Website Subscriptions: If you purchased your subscription via website using your card, those transactions via Web will automatically end on the expiry date.
FIX AN APPLICATION AND SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEM
1. I am in one of the service areas of AQ Prime. Why can't I view anything?
We recommend that you do the following:
Step 1. Restart the app and see if it works.
Step 2. Restart your phone. Relaunch the app and see if it works.
Step 3. Check your internet connection and make sure that you have a stable source of internet or data.
2. Does AQ Prime work with a VPN?
Your app may only work in the region that you purchased your subscription. When using a VPN to access AQ Prime, your region is hidden.

If your app is not working or if you don't see content that is available in your region, this may be due to a VPN being used. To make sure your app is running smoothly, turn off your VPN or change the regional settings to reflect the region of your subscription. If you are unfamiliar with VPNs or don't know if you're on a VPN, check with your network administrator or internet service provider.
3. I can't log in. What should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in to your AQ Prime account, there could be a few possible causes. Make sure you check on the following:
  • Network: You must have a stable & working internet connection. Make sure to check your wi-fi or data settings and ensure you are able to connect.
  • Device: Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements for AQ Prime.
  • App: Ensure you have the latest app version. If your app requires updating, download it on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery. You can also try restarting your phone.
  • Subscription: Confirm your email and password are correct. You can also reset your password if you have trouble logging in.

4. The app keeps crashing or freezing. What should I do?
If the AQ Prime app keeps crashing or freezing, you can try the following steps:
Step 1. Restart the app. Close the app completely and relaunch it.
Step 2. Restart your device. A simple restart can fix many issues.
Step 3. Check for updates. Make sure you have the latest version of the AQ Prime app installed. Update it through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery if needed.
Step 4. Clear app cache (Android) / Offload the app (iOS). This can help resolve issues caused by corrupted data.
Step 5. Reinstall the app. If all else fails, uninstall the AQ Prime app and then reinstall it from the app store.
5. I encountered an error code. What does it mean?
Error codes can occur due to various reasons. Here are some common error codes and their meanings:
401: Unauthorized access. Please check your login credentials.
403: Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this content.
404: Content not found. The content you are looking for may no longer be available.
500: Internal server error. Please try again later.
